1.1 This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the User Agreement posted on the website on the Internet at: https://weetake.com/ (hereinafter - the Website).

1.2 This Privacy Policy establishes the rules for the processing of Your personal data, as well as of other information about You.

1.3 Use of the Website services constitutes the User's unconditional consent to this Privacy Policy and to the conditions of processing of the User's personal data set out herein; should the User disagree with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the Website services.

1.4 The Website Administration undertakes to protect and to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data provided by the User.

2.What data do we collect?

We may collect and process (including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), retrieval, use, (cross-border) transfer (dissemination, provision, granting of access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction) the following data about You as a User:

2.1 Information by which You can be identified (personal data) that You leave when using our Website by way of: filling in forms (for example, registration forms); when using our service to connect a Courier and a Customer for the purpose of the Courier arranging the carriage of a Parcel entrusted to the Courier; when communicating with us by telephone, by email or in any other way; when reporting a problem with our Website.

When signing in through the Telegram social network:

2.1.1. First name (taken from the personal account in the Telegram social network)
2.1.2. Last name - where available (taken from the account in the Telegram social network)
2.1.3. User login (taken from the account in the Telegram social network)

When signing in through the Google Mail service:

2.1.4. First name (taken from the Google Mail service account)
2.1.5. Last name (taken from the Google Mail service account)
2.1.6. Email (taken from the Google Mail service account)

2.1.7. The content of correspondence between You and us, as well as between You and other Users of the Website.

2.1.8. Information about Your visits to our Website (the date and time of the User's registration, the date and time of the User's sign-in, the date and time of the User's last login, the name and version of the User's browser (taken only from the last login), the device name and the operating system version (taken only from the last login)).

2.1.9. The country or the city, if You provide such information on the Website on a voluntary basis.

2.1.10. Information that we may request and/or that may be required when You report to us a problem with our Website or with our service (for example, the subject of Your request sent to the support service).

2.1.11. Information on passport data, if it appears in communication with other Users on our Website.

2.1.12. Information about Your actions on the Website (for example, the percentage of Your replies to messages, etc.). Such information may be displayed in Your Personal Account.

3.How do we use the collected data?

The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

3.1 sending You service-related information by email and/or through the Telegram social network (for example, confirmation of Your registration);

3.2 providing You with the possibility to personalise Your profile on our platform;

3.3 providing You with the possibility to communicate and interact with other users in relation to our service;

3.4 providing You with access to our support services and with the possibility to communicate with our support team;

3.5 ensuring compliance with (i) applicable law, (ii) this Privacy Policy, and (iii) the User Agreement. In the event of certain violations that we consider unacceptable, Your account may be suspended;

3.6 sending You, in accordance with applicable law, advertising materials and information necessary to make the service easier to use, sending You information about the features of the service. In addition, we use Your data to display our advertising on social networks;

3.7 notification of changes to the service;

3.8 administration of the Website and carrying out internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, analytics, surveys;

3.9 improvement of the Website in order to present content to You and to Your devices in the most effective way;

3.10 providing access to the interactive features of our service when You need them;

3.11 ensuring the security and reliability of the Website;

3.12 assessment and determination of the effectiveness of the advertising placed on the Website;

3.13 verification of the data provided by You (email, Telegram account data).

4.Who are the recipients of the information we collect about You, and for what purposes?

4.1 The Website Administration collects and stores only such personal information as is necessary for the use of the services.

4.2 We do not disclose any information about You as a User, including Your personal data, to third parties, except in the following cases:

4.2.1 when the service is used (sending/receiving a parcel), such data as Your first name, last name, photograph and/or email address may be displayed on the Website and/or transferred to the Courier (if you are the sender or the recipient), or to the sender (if you are the courier or the recipient), or to the recipient (if you are the courier or the sender);

4.2.2 the reviews left by You are published on the Website; reviews stating Your abbreviated name and photograph are visible to all Users of the Website;

4.2.3 we cooperate with providers of data processing and data analysis services and use search engines in order to improve and optimise the Website;

4.2.4 this is directly requested by You (for example, in the case of signing in through social networks);

4.2.5 we may partially place the content of our service (including the information about trips posted by You) on the Websites of our business partners through an API or widgets. In such cases certain information from Your Personal Account may be placed on the above-mentioned Websites;

4.2.6 the Website Administration may disclose information about You where this is required by law or where we sincerely believe that such access, retention or disclosure is reasonably necessary in order to (i) respond to claims brought against the service, (ii) comply with the requirements of the law, (iii) enforce the Privacy Policy, our User Agreement, (iv) act in an emergency that may result in harm to the health of any person or in that person's death, (v) carry out an investigation, (vi) protect the rights, the property and the personal safety of the service, of its Users and of other persons;

4.2.7 we use analytics and mobile application health monitoring services (AppMetrica, YANDEX LLC, and Sentry), to which information about actions in the application, technical data of the device and the installation identifier are transferred. For signed-in Users this information is additionally linked to the identifier of Your account in the service, that is to say, it may be correlated with Your Personal Account; error reports (Sentry) also include Your login. We do not collect advertising identifiers;

5.How do we use and moderate your messages?

5.1 We may check, scan or analyse the messages that you, as users of our service, send to each other through our Website, in order to prevent fraud, to improve the quality of the service, to provide customer support and to enforce the User Agreement. For example, in order to prevent circumvention of our Parcel dispatch system, we may scan and analyse the messages sent through our Website in order to check whether they contain any links to other similar Websites/channels.

5.2 We never scan or analyse the messages that you, as Users of the Website, send to each other for commercial or advertising purposes. We may moderate such messages by automated means.

5.3 You hereby confirm your full consent to the access to, the monitoring of and any other use of your messages on the terms described above.

6.Targeted advertising on social networks and our messages sent by email and/or SMS

6.1 In accordance with applicable law, we may use the information that you provide to us on the Website for the purposes of direct electronic marketing (for example, (i) for our newsletter, for sending invitations to our events or other messages which, in our opinion, may be of interest to You, or (ii) for placing targeted advertising on social networks specifically for You).

6.2 You may withdraw your consent at any time by (i) removing the tick from the corresponding field in your profile, (ii) clicking the unsubscribe link contained in every message that you receive from the service, or (iii) contacting us through the support service.

6.3 Please note that we never use Your personal data to send you advertising messages from third parties.

7.Is your data transferred, how and where?

After your personal data has been stored using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation, we may transfer it to the countries of the European Union ("the EU") and to other countries, taking into account the fact that we are an international service.

At the same time, there may be cases where some of our data processors are located in countries outside the EU ("third countries"), for example, in countries that are States Parties to the Convention of the Council of Europe for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data No. 108.

In the event of such a transfer, we guarantee compliance with the applicable legislation on personal data and with this Privacy Policy, and we ensure that the safeguards necessary for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects are in place.

8.What rights do you have in respect of your personal data?

8.1 In the cases permitted by law, you have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data held by us. Before responding to your request, we have the right to require that You (i) verify your identity and (ii) provide additional information so that we can respond to Your request more effectively. We will make every effort to respond to the request within the appropriate period and, in any event, within the period established by law. In order to exercise this right, please contact us by sending a letter to our email address or via Telegram.

8.2 As a User of our Website you have access to your personal data stored by us through your account in order to correct, supplement or delete inaccurate information. You are obliged to state in your profile true, accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You may also update or delete your personal data by sending us a letter to our email address or via Telegram.

If you, as a user, wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of Your personal data under the User Agreement and this Privacy Policy, please contact us by sending a letter to our email address or via Telegram.

9."Cookies" and similar technologies

9.1 The Website uses "cookies" and similar technologies of third-party analytics and advertising services - Yandex.Metrica (YANDEX LLC) and Google Ads (Google). They are used to collect information about visits to the Website and about actions on it: the pages viewed, the referral source, the click map, technical data of the browser and of the device; in Yandex.Metrica the feature that records actions on the page ("Webvisor") is enabled. This information is used to analyse traffic, to improve the Website and to assess the effectiveness of advertising. The said services process it as independent operators in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

9.2 You may refuse "cookies" in the settings of your browser, and may also use the official opt-out tools of the relevant services. Disabling "cookies" may affect the operation of certain features of the Website.

9.3 The mobile application uses similar technologies - the application installation identifier assigned by the analytics service, which is stored on Your device and which by itself does not identify You personally. Please note: for signed-in Users, analytics events are additionally linked to the account identifier, and therefore, taken together, this information ceases to be depersonalised (see clause 4.2.7).

10.Links and redirection to other Websites and social networks

10.1 The Website may from time to time contain links to websites that are our affiliate networks, advertisers or payment service providers. When following a link to any of these websites, it should be taken into account that these websites have their own privacy policy, for which we bear no responsibility whatsoever. Before providing any personal data on these websites, please review the terms of use and the privacy policy posted on such sites.

11.Amendments to the Privacy Policy

11.1 The Website Administration has the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

11.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless the new version of the Privacy Policy provides otherwise.
